When we began our search for our first home last year, Nick Muccigrosso helped us understand the entire process and was there to answer questions along the way. We always felt like we were taken care of and had the necessary information to make decisions during the buying process. When we opted to relocate out of state, he assisted with making that shift happen without any issues at all. Denise was very detailed, very patient, and highly responsive. The excellent teamwork she displayed in coordination with my real estate agent made the financing portion of offer through closure incredibly simple. Denise is an innovative problem-solver, able to come up with multiple options with a thorough understanding of the details. Moreover, she's dexterous in her ability to explain those details, matching whatever level is required, from wonky to neophyte. It's truly impressive how her experience and professionalism shine through. All of this competence is certainly welcome, but the most defining quality of my experience with Denise have been the personal touch: the care, empathy and availability within every interaction. It was clear to me from the very first meeting that she's personally invested in her client's experience; she cares. I'd work with her again anytime.
