George worked with me and nia for 2 years steering us towards success. He went above and beyond to get me where I am and I my new born baby and 2 year old will now have a place to call home. The appraisal on this was done within days of acceptance and we had almost a 40 day closing and still the file wasn’t in underwriting until the last min with contract amendments needed two days prior to closing and this also meant that the packet was not out in time for the sellers presigning and we had to get signatures in the last 24 hours and after already signing. This is no longer the norm or acceptable. Also as I sat through the longest closing ever… your closing packet is excessive. Most banks are esigning 75% of those documents ahead of time. Even for other fha loan products. This last minute race and packers big enough for a hand cramp are not things that I would want for my clients.
