The thought of buying my first home felt intimidating because of my lack of understanding of the lending process. After speaking with Kent for the first time, I no longer felt that intimidation. Kent always explained things in the most digestible way and answered any question I had with a positive, helpful attitude! Kent also relayed any new information quickly, which made the process much more easier for me!
This level of customer service was present from start to finish! Kent’s responsiveness made me feel confident in my purchase and assured that I was being taken care of. I could not have asked for a more better first time homebuyer experience!
