Kim was wonderful! She secured an amazing rate for my loan obtained a lower monthly payment for fewer years and walked me through each step in the process. She was patient extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not consider using anyone else for a mortgage loan.

I felt Chuck made himself readily available to me, day or night. He was always very pleasant and patient, especially when I was having a major meltdown, or making him repeat something for probably the third time. There were a couple of times, when I couldn’t get hold of other people, that I reached out to him, and he was able to help. He definitely went above and beyond on those instances. Just an all around nice guy, very knowledgeable about the mortgage business, extremely professional.

The period to close took over 100 days which in my opinion was very long. I understand that the low rates have swamped lenders but I had colleagues that closed within 20 to 30 days on essentially the same transaction. I'm not sure what fell through the cracks but it did. I don't think Juliana could've done anything more than she did her team was simply overwhelmed with work.
