Nathan and his team helped us in securing a loan to move into our 'forever home'. He was very responsive when it came to working with the settlement team to ensure all documentation was in order for closing. Nathan's style with us was to explain loan details further into the process, so we learned it was important to ask lots of questions and to be proactive in ensuring there was nothing on our end holding up the process. Chuck was hands down the most important part of the home buying process, and by far the most helpful. It did not matter what time of day, he always responded with the most accurate information. He knows this world inside and out and made sure I was 100% percent prepared for each step, which eliminated many of the headaches that come with buying a house. Because of Chuck's accuracy and focus on being more than prepared, my closing was less than expected and I closed on time, which doesn't happen often! Chuck came as a recommendation (after a bad experience with a mortgage broker) and I will be recommending him for as long as he is in the mortgage business!
