Not taking so long to close, better communication once Cathy submitted the application. First contact date with Cathy was in July and we did not close until December 14 and until the following Monday for our payout. Just a very long drawn out process this time. I refinanced with Cathy this time as it was so easy, quick and efficient the last time when I refinanced with her. Not sure if I will do it again.
