Amazing experience Michael truly cares about people and reaching the best outcome for them. It didn’t matter when,if I ever had a question he was there when I needed him.

Suzann was great at responding with the pre-approval letter and getting the transaction to close. However, I prefer to be "over communicated" with than not. We really had no idea what was happening in the course of the transaction as we did not receive updated. I would have preferred to been kept up-to-date with weekly updates as to the loan progress.
