Having the application filled in accurately would have saved me quite a bit of time and frustration. Rose's name was still wrong on some closing documents. I was led to believe the inaccuracies would be corrected before others outside your office would see them and that obviously did not happen.

He ran the numbers and it was a perfect scenario. He helped me save 400 bucks a month, lower my interest rate, and get money back in escrow. The only effort on my end was to collect documents. Mr. Tyler was a huge help to me with getting everything together for my mortage. He was always within reaching distance (emails, text messages, telephone) for all questions that I had.
