Mike and his team are fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. Mike answered all of my questions. He was also very responsive and made himself available. Mike held my hand during this process. And Yvette, There are not enough words to thank her. I knew if I emailed her, she would respond within 15 minutes. If I had a question she would get me an answer. She was very approachable. Todd was also available when I had sent him a list of questions and I was very grateful for his help.

I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received from Michael for our refinance. I have had bad experiences before when refinancing but this was a totally different experience. Michael answered all of my questions, contacted me regularly, and walked me through the process of our refinance. I could reach him when I had questions and he always returned my calls promptly. He is professional and courteous. He made this process so easy and I highly recommend working with him.
