Once again Greg and the Anniemac team provide top notch service. Greg actually reached out to me on his own account for us to refinance again even though we just did in 2019. We were able to lower our interest rate by over 1.25% and save $200/month on our monthly payment as well as removing our PMI. If you’re looking for a lender, you’ve found the one. Communication from Stacy and Kaitlin was good. I think it was Carlos (sp?!) who I did not appreciate as much. Just short and not overly helpful when I would ask for status updates.
And the loan closed late which is always hard when managing the seller side. I know lots of variables were outside Stacy’s control so I do not fault you for that.
