Jesse’s level of communication and concern for the customer is unmatched. Communication was not good. Seemed as if the team was not on one accord I’d send something to processor that they requested then be asked for it again by underwriting. I called several times and never received a return call so I’d have to email then would get a response a few days later after a follow up email. My client made it to closing but the communication could have been a lot better.
