Team Katie was great to work with from the first email/phone call. Shane was very helpful in explaining everything to me and there was a lot to explain as this was my first home mortgage. Highly recommend. The whole team was always responsive and kind.

The entire team was great, my work schedule is very complicated and I always had a quick answer to my text messages, emails or phone calls even at night, weekends or when scheduled a call specifically on my 45 min lunch break. I always got everything explained to me in details, never felt any pressure. My only struggle was that while under contract, every day I needed to send a new document and that would take me a day to get done so I felt like I was always behind but I guess that's how buying a house is because everything just ended up perfectly and I can't recommend enough the entire team. They tell you when they don't have all the info or knowledge about something and consult with their team members to give you the perfect info, that means a lot.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and we used Team Katie via Total Mortgage as our lender. I cannot say enough great things about Katie and her team. I mostly worked with Samantha Sirmaian and she was wonderful. She was always responsive via email and text. She always got back to me quickly and answered every question I had.
