Kevin kelp me informed of all that was going on with my loan, he was very helpful with everything, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he sent me a post card with a picture of my house and some delicious brownies. The whole experience was great, because Michael Livezey is very prompt in his communication. He is very quick to respond to emails/texts/calls. He went beyond the mortgage and advised us on septic tank, which is a completely new area for us with no knowledge. Even when the sellers created few hiccups he guided us thru the process.
