I represented the seller.
Brian picked up this file a week after we went in to contract and got it closed in just over 3 weeks. The communication with file updates was great until closing day...... If we do not have the CTC the day before closing we should be preparing an extension to the closing date at that time. We should never have to tell the seller at 11:00 AM on closing day that we need to extend the closing date. Yes it closed the very next business day but the need for the extension should not be presented at the last second.

Everyone at the office has been SO nice and informative. This being my first home, Craig and his team were great at explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. The application process was a breeze. Jennifer called to check on me at least once a week. She and Rachael were on top of updating me throughout the whole thing because they knew how difficult it was for me to just “sit and wait” for the process.
As a first time homebuyer I was very appreciative of how simple they made the whole process.
