I was a little apprehensive at first when my wife said she was in touch with a mortgage lender from Wells Fargo about our home purchase. People have told me that smaller local banks are more responsive to their customers when it comes to mortgage lending and processing and the big banks are slower and more bureaucratic. Fortunately for us, Bledar and his team were definitely the exception to the big bank stereotype. We had hundreds of questions and Bledar always had time to answer them. He had enormous patience to explain the process at every step. Even when the first house we contracted for broke down in negotiations and we told Bledar the deal was off after spending so much time working with him, he said it was not a problem and that he would be happy to work with us again when we found the right house. Which we did find soon after and he and his team helped us close quickly. Would definitely work with him agai !

I recently closed on a refinance with Amir, which was the second deal that I did with him. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I have nothing but respect for how well he knows the process. He was always available and kept me informed every step of the way. His dedication to the job was impressive and by the end I not only felt more knowledgeable, I also felt like I gained a friend.
