We processed re-fi packages for two properties at the same time with you. While was overall a quick, efficient and successful process, I would like to identify a few things that were somewhat upsetting. The main thing is that we were assigned to an initial processor--Hannah-and we were working through the process when we started getting emails with info requests from Aaron--dealing with multiple people on a complicated process is confusing and not good customer services. One POC only please.

Jolie and her team were fantastic! Communication was clear from the very beginning all the way through the day of closing! We felt comfortable the entire time, knowing that any and all questions we had would be answered honestly and completely, no matter how big or small. If Jolie was unsure of an answer, she would research and get back to us, usually within a few hours. I'm honestly a little sad we won't be talking as often anymore!

Yes, it was great, because I think he pretty much accomplished the impossible, a very unique situation for me. I am thankful for the great communication, the ease for me...as a single mom of teens, in accomplishing the signings digitally. Darrell also was great at explaining the process, next steps, and what was going on on his end, so that there were no surprises for me. If I am needing services again, I would definitely call on Darrell to run me through the process again!!!
