Steve and his team were able to help me when my original lender back tracked on giving me a loan when they knew the circumstance (recent refinance) prior to giving me the pre-approval. Steve and his team were not only able to process my loan, they did a superb job and was able to complete it in under 30 days. This was crucial because the original lender wasted 30 of the 30 to 45 day window we were suppose to close in. We were very impressed with their speed and communication through it!
