I was not impressed with the title company. I know that is not directly your company; however it was chosen for me. They required a survey based off an Aerial view of my property. I was told my Inground pool was in my neighbors yard. Title companies remove the survey exception as to the mortgage policy so I'm not sure it was at all necessary. They caused unnecessary worry and from what I understand aerial views have been proven to be wrong in the past. Their survey quote doubled my company's.

I was able to get in contact with Kelly...in some form(email, text,call,etc.), throughout the process. Kelly walked me through changing my bank accounts to PDF'S. I am not that computer savvy The entire process was nothing like my previous experiences in decades of ?Home equity line of credit/mortgages/home Refinance, etc.
