They also communicated critical information to me that others at a different company failed to pass along. I appreciate that Silas and Jeff talked to me professionally and reassuringly during a particularly tense moment when the closing date was rescheduled for the second time. Carolyn was absolutely AWESOME...kept in touch, answered all of my questions, etc. However the processing, underwriting part of the transaction was a NIGHTMARE to the point of having to involve an attorney. Carolyn is ALWAYS my go to person but her support staff are anything but supportive.
