Craig and his team go beyond to make sure you have an excellent experience.. They guide you through each step and make sure you fully understand the reason for doing each step. If you are not very computer savvy don’t worry Craig takes the extra time to teach you and sends you videos for each step to assist you. I personally had issues with the whole process when we bought our home but Craig was there at every turn. We have refinanced twice with Craig Cusick and couldn’t be more pleased.

Communication was excellent. I received prompt replies to calls and emails. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I cannot stress enough how important this is. Also, and this is a BIG deal: everyone was patient and polite. I never felt as if I was getting rushed to get off the phone, when I asked questions. The progress indicator on the emails was good. I like that kind of metric. I will be happily recommending Adam and his team at AnnieMac to my family and friends.
