The overall loan went as expected.. The only issue was that closing was moved from Ocean Springs Pilger to Gautier without anyone’s knowledge. The sellers signed on Monday at the Ocean Springs location. When I went back on Tuesday for the buyers signing I was told that it was moved. No email, text or phone call. The buyers closed on the house they were selling at the OS location but was sent to Gautier for the house they were buying. Not Cool.
