My actual communication with Mr. Fox was ok, he only seemed to call when it looked like something was going to hold up the closing. The real star of the show was Rachel who was very responsive and answered my questions and emails promptly. Tom seemed like he was reading from a script and it didn't seem like he paid attention to what I was saying. Rachel was great though.
