You will not find a better lending Broker in the business. Emmett Munson and his staff are first class all the way with a person always happy to assist any question or concern you have. Name a time you go to sign the closing documents and they say "your funding is already here, so come back in an hour and get your keys, as we are recording it now." We did and they said it is because of our lender.

The communication from Tyler and others there at Annie Mac mortgage was excellent! They kept me informed every step of the way, they didn’t ask for multiple documents like I have had experience with other mortgage companies. Their request were dead on and didn’t require a lot of thinking to determine what they wanted. The rate on the mortgage was very competitive. And everything they did to make the closing easy was much appreciated. I will definitely recommend Tyler to others that I know that may be wanting to refinance or secure a first mortgage.
