The whole refi was very easy. Craig and and his support staff were terrific. They all stayed in touch and walked us through any thing we did not understand. It was a really good experience.

Mike was very supportive throughout the whole process and was very informative along the way. We hit a couple of speed bumps along the way (due to the mortgage process and my situation) but Mike was patient and kept pushing forward with my file. I always felt that Mike was available to answer any questions or concerns and walked me through the process in great detail. I hope I don't have to go through the process again any time soon, but I would absolutely work with Mike if I needed to!
