Kristin was so helpful and knowledgable. As first time home buyers, we did not know very much at all about this process. She was so patient and walked us through everything. She made this process so easy, and was readily available when we had questions. She also seemed genuinely happy for us when we got our dream house and wanted what was best for us. I would highly recommend her. I also loved the videos we would get when we moved into a new step of the process. They were so easy to understand.

I never had to go far when it came to getting an answer for any question I might have had. Brian and his team did a great job with communicating and keeping me in the loop with what was going on with my loan.
