Amazing! Gave me every option, every update, in clear and friendly manner. Held my hand when necessary, ALWAYS available to answer, clarify an answer, or answer the same question again because I forgot what she told me the first time. And, at the same time, felt Hannah was COMPLETELY trustworthy, which isn't maybe the case with all mortgage lenders one might go to. Feel eternally lucky to have gotten to work with Hannah. I'd give her an A++++ if possible.
