When other reps are brought on to process additional steps. Inform your client before the phone calls or emails are submitted. I made calls to confirm the reps are with the competition of my loan process and documents required without been inform of this person Involvement/identity. We live in a time of identity fraud and I have been a victim of that and I am cautious.
