What made my experience great with Steve and his team? Their courtesy, confidence, precision, and speed. We just bought two properties in Jan. in PA. Had plans to build but that was put to bed with the prices of materials. Then, 2 months later, our dream home (quite literally) as well as a deal on a 4 family fell into our laps.
