Dominick’s communication every step of the transaction was great. From the beginning, he called the listing agent for the borrower, he kept all parties informed, and was very open and pleasant in conversation! In this very competitive buyer’s market, he got the loan closed in significantly less than 30 days and the buyers were extremely happy!

Good communication. Nothing sat for very long. The last closing we had took over 60 days and we had to pay extra to keep our original points. This one took a little less than a week and I'm the one who held it up by not getting info back right away!
