lender had no delays, did everything she said she would, was fast. extremely communicative while getting her client under contract with us and was a big reason why we chose their offer. i didn't hear from them once after that but there were no issues so no need to reach out. if i had any minor suggestion i would say i would've liked a thumbs-up or two along the way, otherwise great experience! this was a tough property to keep under contract due to some lending restrictions and they navigated it
