Service was great, but the amount of documents needed for the process is overwhelming. It required a lot of calling/emailing/pleading from us, so that part wasn't fun. We understand it's necessary, but it's not a great experience for the home owner.

I really did not have much interaction with Tyler. Lender performed great.
The appraiser had what we thought were some pretty unrealistic demands saying the front door trim and deck needed to be painted and stained in December when a good paint job is nearly impossible outside. We finally were able to get it done but it did not make sense to us.
