I'm so happy I chose Jerry to handle the refinance of my mortgage! Lots of research was done to find the bank that would give me the best rate and quickest turn around. I brought those numbers to Jerry and he was able to make it happen for me at an even lower rate and much faster. His professional and welcoming communication made me feel like I could ask any question, at any time of day. Within minutes of uploading documents to my (very user friendly) portal, Jerry confirmed that he received them. Our go-to's for all things mortgage! The Shelton office has come through for us in a variety of ways, from our most recent refi, which only took three weeks from initiation to final signing (which is amazing considering the activity in the market right now), to helping out the buyers of our first home when their financing fell through at the last minute, to patiently explaining why our escrow was in flux (even though it wasn't their problem). We've dealt with a variety of lawyers and insurance companies and real estate agents and bank officials in our dealings with homeowning, and every single one of them breathed a sigh of relief when they heard Prime Lending Shelton was involved
