This is the 3rd time buying a house and Rick’s Services were far and away the easiest I’ve been through when going through this stressful time. Jason was a clear communicator. He absolutely was responsive to all my questions, was patient, and explained everything in detail.
However, the initial service I received from the underwriting processing team was poor at best. The contact was delayed an minimal, and I learned later the processing itself contained errors which ultimately required repeat of the appraisal and also delayed the closing.

Process was easy from the start. Karalee communicated efficiently and responded to questions quickly. Closing happened more quickly than I anticipated which was a positive. The only slight inconvenience was having to communicate with the 3rd party mortgage information vendor. Seemed unnecessary.
