Hannah was great, and almost all of the team was great! My only complaint is about the underwriter. There seemed to be some drama in regards to two minor things: A raise I received this year, and 3 carpenter beeholes on the deck. I appreciate the attention to detail but holding the process hostage for minor things is frustrating.
