Referred our client to Stacy and her team because another lender (after 3 months of working with the client) said it would be better for him to find another lender. I knew the client was financeable and that there were no financing/appraisal issues with the property. Stacy and team closed this transaction quickly with no problems. The client was very happy and couldn't believe the difference in service he received compared to the first lender. It makes a difference having a loan officer that KNOWS her business.
