I have never in 70+ transaction had a lender issue a clear to close to then 4 days later require the buyer to sign a statement stating the buyer is requesting a higher interest rate etc. If the loan was out of compliance y’all should have not sold it off after and taken the hit. Very unfair to the buyer ultimately.
