We have finally concluded the long saga that we have started late last year when I first place my application for mortgage pre-approval at your organization in order to purchase a home for my family in Minnesota. We have been living in Dubai for over a decade and have been outside the US credit system for a long time. I have been believing in you and convinced from the 1st day we spoke and I also understand it was not easy for you to cross all those hurdles and get the necessary approvals required for the closing done yesterday.
It was certainly an extra mile you and your team have taken, unlike the ordinary lenders. Sometimes, I remember getting a call or email from you or from Domanick in the late-night MN time working on my file and filling in the blank on those outstanding items. More times than once, you have changed the approaches and come up with solutions that average people don’t even think of. It shows creativity, outside-the-box thinking, and sincerity to your customers, which allow us the necessary solutions in the end. I know what it means to get the job done even though sometimes it requires pulling it from the brink.
We indeed received the best services and I can only appreciate your efforts bearing fruits and seeing you as the best example when it comes to the lenders and services providers in the market.
