Matt and the team did a great job of explaining the process, providing information and options and following up in a timely fashion. I had a 21 day closing period so nothing could go wrong. Even with a slight bump when the original appraisal didn't come in, Matt and team disputed the claim and the house came in $10k over the sells price! When I had a question Matt would respond quickly, my experience with closing was seamless and I would recommend AnnieMac to anyone attempting to purchase a home.

Buyers purchased a car the day before their offer was accepted. Which a a home buying "no no". The added car loan did not make it easy, throwing off debt to income ratios. Tony and his team were able to figure out a creative way to make it work passing it up the chain to head of underwriting to review. They are problem solvers which makes my job as the real estate agent much easier. And the gifts provided make clients feel special. The best kind of loan officers are the the ones that put the cloent first and help us agents look good. That's definitely the case with Ali, and Tony and their team!
