My husband and I are first time home owners. We (mostly me) were very nervous throughout the process. David was a buffer. He was very knowledgeable, he answered all of or questions and concerns immediately. He was easily accessible and return all our calls/text no matter the time. He took time to explain the process so we knew what to expect. He remained calm even when we (mostly me) were freaking out.
