Communication!! I received texts/emails from each Team involved in the loan process so I would know the progress of the application. It all worked very smoothly & seamlessly for an on-time closing. Would highly recommend this Team.

I only rated an OK due to all of the back & forth with the bankruptcy stuff. That is not Elizabeth's fault or anyone else's, there were just some frustrating times dealing with that & having to retrieve a bunch of requests & then some miscommunication, etc. My experience with Elizabeth & Annie-Mac was great, but the overall process was only "OK" as it wasn't as smooth as one would hope. I did appreciate all of Elizabeth's help with this bankruptcy process & getting our loan approval, etc. She was always on top of things.
