Mike Schmuelgen was incredibly helpful to us and showed a personal interest in our big move. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and was able to explain complex concepts in customer friendly terms. While his expertise was certainly needed, his personal attention to our family's needs was even more impressive. Mike demonstrated outstanding communication skills and made himself available to us outside of business hours, both in the evenings and on weekends (neither of which we would expect). He was very quick to respond and let us know in advance when he would be away and who we could contact in his absence.
