Scott set up Zoom meetings with them many times and spent literally hours holding their hands, explaining things to them, going over their best options, and answering every lending question they had. He is by far the most caring lender I've worked with in over 21 years of real estate.

The transaction was perfect up until closing day. We received a clear to close on the Friday prior to the Monday closing. We arrived for our 10am closing and told that the Title company was still waiting on the package. No problem, we wait and wait and wait with no communication until we reach out and start demanding answers. Finally after 3 1/2 hours we finally get the package and then wire 1/2 hr later. The Buyers had an infant as well as a dog in the car. This is unacceptable practice.
