We had a complicated case with private sellers. They very difficult to be willing to do their part in the process of getting me my interest rate that Kathleen locked in for me. She went above the call to get my second interest lock-in rate done in the Knick of time, even in all the while dealing with the death in her husband family and her personal family death on both sides.
