We had a very difficult buyer and Ed made it happen despite having to withstand some verbal abuse from her. I appreciate his professionalism in the face of an unreasonable buyer and his willingness to see it through when I am sure he felt like throwing in the towel. Kept his cool under duress and I so appreciate it!
