The interaction, support, guidance and advice I received from my loan officer was excellent. She really took into consideration the fact that 1 I’m s new home buyer and 2 I’m not originally from the US so wasn’t aware of the processes. Was very helpful accessible and always gave feedback.

The communication opened up between us as we got closer to closing. We both were there to help one another. In the beginning the communication was a little slow between us but as time went on it definitely got better. I understand this was a “very” difficult buyer to deal with through this entire process!!! Thank you for all you did!
