After our experience with the previous lender, we gave up on trying to get our house. After speaking with Kim, we had hope again. We were informed on the entire process and had our questions answered promptly. This process, though stressful was made much easier by Team Gasca. The bumps in the process were made easier to deal with immediately through communication.
