The process to apply was quick and easy. I was contacted by an associate the same day I applied online. Every staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. All of my concerns were quickly alleviated. Even when my loan almost fell through I still felt like everyone was on my side and that they were fighting for me.
