I have worked with Jason on many many deals now and I have to say he IS the greatest in his field! So communicative, always on top of the ball, and is just an over all nice person! Jason earns every 10/10 and deserves it as well!

Mike was very easy to work with and kept me in the loop the whole time with regard to my Buyer's loan. I appreciated his communication style and that I didn't have to ask him for any updates as he was on top of everything! Also the ability for my Buyer to pre-sign a lot of docs electronically really shortened the closing appt at the title company and the closing funds were there ready to go. This made for a very smooth closing day with our deal funding immediately upon final signatures after 4pm on a Friday as well!
