As a first time homebuyer I knew nothing when I started this process. Tim had a number of lengthy phone calls with me answering all my questions and explaining every step of the process. He would also check in often throughout closing and keep me updated as soon as anything came up. Tim also got me a lower rate by having me take a free online class for first time buyers! AnneMarie was great. As a new home buyer that process was confusing. One thing I regret, I wasn't smart enough to know that I should have negotiated rates or shopped around. I ended up with a really high rate and points which I thought was typical.
