Theoni responds quickly (and at seemingly all hours of the day, night, or weekend!). This was actually a critical factor in our home purchase offer being accepted even though it was not the highest bid. The seller liked that we were able to move so quickly.
I ended up going with another lender for the final mortgage who happened to have a better rate. Theoni was able to help me get that lender to waive the assessment. She was courteous, professional, and responsive in the whole process. She patiently explained the parts of the process that were new to me. I would definitely work with Theoni again.
